We take pride in the quality of our workmanship and the integrity of our service. We are committed to delivering dependable auto repairs at a fair price, and we back that commitment with one of the best warranties in the Pensacola area: 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first, on most parts and labor.
In comparison, most shops only stand behind their repairs for 12-24 months. Our 5-year / 50,000-mile warranty covers most Pensacola A/C & Auto repairs. We use high-quality new or remanufactured parts installed by experienced, career technicians, and we stand behind the work we do. If a covered component we replaced fails within the warranty period, we'll make it right—no cost to you for the covered repair.
This warranty includes nationwide coverage, with service available at participating repair facilities. Participating locations are determined at the discretion of Pensacola A/C & Auto, and we'll assist you in locating and coordinating with an approved facility if you are out of the area.
What's Not Covered
While we aim to cover as much as possible, the following are not included in the 5-year / 50,000-mile warranty:
- Wear-and-tear or maintenance items such as brake pads, belts, wiper blades, and tires
- Customer-supplied parts
- Used engines, used transmissions
- Fluids, filters, and other routine maintenance items beyond their recommended service intervals
- Repairs impacted by accidents, neglect, misuse, off-road use, or unauthorized modifications.
If there's ever a question about your coverage, we'll walk you through it before we begin repairs.
Additional Terms
- This warranty applies only to the original customer and vehicle listed on the repair order.
- It is not transferable if the vehicle is sold or changes ownership.
- Fleet vehicles are covered by a separate 2-year / 24,000-mile warranty unless otherwise stated in a fleet service agreement.
- This warranty does not replace or extend any manufacturer's warranties on individual parts.
- Subcontracted Work: Depending on the nature of the service requested, some work may be subcontracted to a trusted third-party vendor. If so, this will be clearly indicated on your Work Order. Examples may include services like alignments, windshield installations, or specialized programming. Please note that any subcontracted work is not covered under Pensacola A/C & Auto's 5-year/50,000-mile warranty but may be covered under the subcontractor's terms—please ask for details.
The warranty will be voided if any of the following conditions apply:
- Overheating occurs
- There is a lack of lubrication.
- The vehicle is used off-road.
- There is evidence of misuse, negligence, or abuse.
- Unauthorized modifications are made to the work we've performed.
- It's also important to keep up with regularly scheduled maintenance and service as recommended by Pensacola A/C & Auto. Failure to follow suggested service intervals may void warranty coverage.
Pensacola A/C & Auto reserves the right to void warranty coverage if there is evidence of improper use or if unrelated repairs have affected the original repair.

Please note: We do not install customer-supplied parts; we only install accessories for a nominal fee.
All prices include our 5-year/50,000-mile nationwide warranty, complimentary shuttle service, and loaner cars.
Authorization
A repair authorization must be acknowledged and signed before any repairs or services are initiated.
Payment
No vehicle will be released until payment is paid in full.
We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.
We also offer financing options.
