Brett McCabe

Owner

Brett McCabe brings over 30 years of automotive industry experience to Pensacola A/C & Auto, with a strong background in running and growing successful service departments. His previous leadership roles as a Fixed-Ops Director at multiple dealerships provided him with the tools and insight to take a single-location repair shop and begin shaping it into a high-performing, customer-focused operation.

Today, Brett oversees the day-to-day operations of Pensacola A/C & Auto and plays a central role in guiding the company’s growth. With a clear vision for the future, he is focused on expanding the business into a multi-shop operation that continues to set the standard for quality, transparency, and community connection in the auto repair industry.

Brett’s strategic mindset and ability to build strong, high-functioning teams have been instrumental in the shop’s success. His experience in dealership environments has translated seamlessly into independent ownership, where he applies the same principles of efficiency, accountability, and customer care.

Outside of work, Brett enjoys spending time at the beach, diving into historical documentaries, and indulging in his lifelong passion for sports. Whether he’s tuned into a game, listening to sports talk radio, or watching a documentary on elite athletes, sports remain central to his personal life and a source of inspiration for his leadership style.

As Pensacola A/C & Auto continues to grow, Brett remains focused on delivering an exceptional experience to both customers and employees—ensuring the shop’s reputation is built on trust, integrity, and consistent results.

Tonya McCabe

Owner

Tonya has played a vital role in driving the company's growth—leading all community relations, marketing, and financial operations. Tonya is deeply committed to building strong connections within the Pensacola area and continually seeks ways to align the business with the community's needs.

A proud supporter of other locally owned small businesses, Tonya consistently incorporates them into Pensacola A/C & Auto’s marketing and outreach efforts. She believes small businesses are the heart of the community and makes it a priority to help elevate their visibility and success alongside her own.

Tonya and her husband, Brett, share a love for restoration projects—always on the lookout for the next house to remodel or car to bring back to life. She’s often seen cruising around town in her ’87 Jeep Wrangler Laredo, a special gift from Brett that reflects her classic style and adventurous spirit.

Outside of work, Tonya enjoys reading, beach days, traveling, and spending quality time with their three grown children. At home and at the shop, their seven beloved dogs—Remi, Penni, Frank, Josie, George, Ruby, and Ellie—are always part of the fun. Ellie, a golden retriever, holds the official title of Chief Greeting Officer and is frequently on-site, offering tail wags and warm welcomes to customers.

Tonya brings the same energy, heart, and integrity to her business that she does to her personal life, making her a cornerstone of Pensacola A/C & Auto and a passionate advocate for her community.

Orie

Service Advisor

Orie is a passionate individual with a zest for life and a wide range of interests. From an early age, he displayed his drive and commitment on the football field, chasing the dream of becoming an NFL player. Throughout his youth and high school years, Orie was a dedicated and skilled athlete, honing his abilities and fostering a lifelong love for the game. Today, he continues to express that passion as a loyal fan of the Georgia Bulldogs and the Seattle Seahawks.

Orie now proudly serves as a Service Advisor at Pensacola A/C & Auto, where he is committed to delivering the best customer experience possible. He prides himself on maintaining open lines of communication, ensuring each customer understands the details of their repair or maintenance services. His goal is to provide clarity, honesty, and genuine care with every interaction. Orie works hard to make sure every person who walks through our doors feels heard, respected, and confident in the service they receive—because to him, it’s not just about fixing cars, it’s about building trust.

Orie has always loved meeting new people and hearing their stories, which made him a natural fit for our team. His passion for connection shines in everything he does. Outside of work, Orie enjoys spending time with his dog, Beau, and watching sports. He values quality time with those closest to him and finds balance between his career and personal life.

Blake McCabe

Parts Manager

Blake is a dedicated family man, a hard worker, and a natural leader. From a young age, he was passionate about football, playing throughout his childhood and high school years. His love for sports continues today as a loyal fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Penn State.

After high school, Blake explored different avenues to find his path. He spent time at the University of Colorado before pursuing his love for cooking, attending culinary school in San Antonio and earning his degree from the Culinary Institute of America. He later served in the U.S. Navy, proudly dedicating himself to something greater than himself.

Today, Blake serves as the Parts Manager at Pensacola A/C & Auto, where he works hard to source the best parts for each customer's vehicle. He’s built strong, trusted relationships with both customers and vendors, ensuring fair and honest pricing without compromising on quality. His attention to detail and commitment to doing right by every customer have made him an essential part of the team.

Outside of work, Blake enjoys playing video games, watching and discussing sports, and embracing fatherhood. He and his family recently welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Nina, into the world. Blake looks forward to taking on a greater leadership role in the future and continuing the PACA legacy for many years to come.

Jeremy

Service Manager - East

Born and raised right here in Pensacola, Jeremy brings both hometown pride and a deep passion for the automotive world to the Pensacola A/C & Auto team. As a kid, he dreamed of becoming a race car driver—and while life steered him in a different direction, his love for cars never faded.

When he's not helping customers at the front counter, you’ll find Jeremy diving into two of his favorite things: racing and reading. A true lifelong learner, he’s read hundreds of books and considers himself a perpetual student of many topics. He especially enjoys working with his hands and has a particular passion for chassis and suspension work.

Jeremy shares life with his wife, Alexandra, their two daughters, and their dogs Luna and Mingo. The family loves to travel—especially to the Caribbean—and when football season hits, you can bet Jeremy is cheering for the Florida Gators.



Beyond the shop, Jeremy is active in his church community and plays a key role on the production team. His faith and commitment to spreading the gospel are central to who he is, and his heart for service shines through in how he cares for customers and coworkers alike.

John

Master Technician & Shop Manager

Originally from Tyler, Texas, John has built his career on one simple goal — to be someone people can depend on. That mindset shines through every day at Pensacola A/C & Auto, where he serves as our Shop Foreman.

John is the kind of person who keeps things running smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes — ensuring every repair meets our standards of quality, safety, and care. His favorite part of the job? Fixing anything he can get his hands on and helping customers get back on the road with confidence.

When he’s not in the shop, John enjoys fishing, relaxing by the beach or lake, and spending time with his girlfriend and his dog, Fisher — a stray who wandered into the shop one day and instantly became part of the family.

John’s dream car is a mid-80s Monte Carlo SS, a classic that perfectly fits his down-to-earth style and appreciation for dependable craftsmanship.



For John, auto repair isn’t just a job — it’s a way to help people and make sure the team and customers alike can always count on him.

Fernando

Master Technician & Shop foreman

Originally from Carolina, Puerto Rico, Fernando brings his passion for precision and his love of all things automotive to the Pensacola A/C & Auto team. As a kid, he dreamed of becoming an electrician, but his curiosity for how things work quickly evolved into a lifelong love of cars and mechanics.

Fernando has worked all over the world, gaining hands-on experience that shows in every repair he performs. When he’s not in the shop, you’ll probably find him enjoying a motorcycle ride or spending time with his family — his wife, Dr. Stephanie, their daughter, Penelope, and their two pups, Bruce (a Yorkie) and Einstein (a Toy Poodle).

His favorite projects? Working on his own cars and fine-tuning every detail to perfection. His dream ride is a 1994 Porsche 911 964 Turbo — a perfect reflection of his appreciation for timeless craftsmanship and performance.

Fernando isn’t just a skilled technician; he’s a world-traveled problem-solver who treats every vehicle like it’s his own.

Shaun

Master Technician

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Shaun brings energy, skill, and a love of all things automotive to the Pensacola A/C & Auto team. As a kid, he dreamed of becoming a pilot, but his passion for cars — and getting his hands a little muddy — steered him toward a career as a technician instead.

Shaun’s favorite part of the job is diving in and solving problems head-on. Whether it’s diagnosing a tricky issue or perfecting a repair, he takes pride in making sure every customer leaves with their vehicle running at its best.

When he’s not in the shop, Shaun enjoys spending time with his wife, Karelys, and their children, as well as their dog, Roxy. He’s also a big Lakers fan and loves traveling back to Puerto Rico, his favorite place to unwind.

Shaun’s dream car is the Porsche Carrera GT — a reflection of his appreciation for performance, power, and precision.



Dependable, hardworking, and always up for a challenge, Shaun is a key part of what keeps Pensacola A/C & Auto running strong.

TONY

Master Technician

Tony grew up in Queens, New York, and brings a strong work ethic and passion for helping others to the team at Pensacola A/C & Auto Service Center. As a kid, he dreamed of becoming a professional baseball player, but today he enjoys helping customers keep their vehicles running safely and reliably.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending time fishing and trail riding. He and his fiancée, Karen, have three children, and their home is shared with two dogs, Zoey and Zelda. Tony is also a big sports fan and proudly cheers on the New Orleans Saints.

He has a big heart for giving back and is especially passionate about supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Jay

Jay is a local, originally from Cantonment, Florida. From a young age, he knew he wanted to work on vehicles and pursue a career as a mechanic. Today, he brings that passion and dedication to the team at Pensacola A/C & Auto Service Center, helping customers keep their vehicles safe, reliable, and running their best.

Jay enjoys tackling a wide range of automotive work, especially performance repairs and overall vehicle maintenance. He takes pride in ensuring every vehicle leaving the shop is dependable for its driver.

Outside of the shop, Jay enjoys spending time with his family and working on projects together. He and his fiancée, Ledonia, have two children. Jay is also a Cleveland Browns fan and enjoys traveling, with Panama among his favorite destinations. When he’s not working on cars, he stays involved in the community by volunteering with local food drives and helping with festival setup.

Jay’s dream car is a Corvette C8 ZR1, a perfect match for someone who enjoys performance and precision in automotive work.

Noah

Lube Technician & Quality Control

Born and raised right here in Pensacola, Florida, Noah grew up dreaming of becoming a racecar driver — and that passion never left. Today, he brings that same drive and determination to his work as a lube technician at Pensacola A/C & Auto.

Noah’s love for performance and detail makes him the perfect fit as our Quality Control Lead. His sharp eye ensures every vehicle leaving our shop meets the high standards and level of quality our customers deserve. He knows exactly what our expectations are — and he makes sure every repair, big or small, is done right the first time.

When he’s not turning wrenches, you’ll find Noah on the track, chasing his dream behind the wheel of his own racecar — which we’re proud to sponsor here at Pensacola A/C & Auto. He’s also passionate about cancer awareness and fundraising, showing his heart for helping others both on and off the track.

A loyal fan of the New York Yankees and the South Carolina Gamecocks, Noah loves racing, traveling anywhere with mountains, and living life at full speed. His dream car is a Corvette — fast, classic, and built to perform, just like him.



Noah’s energy, skill, and passion for performance make him an essential part of our team — both in the shop and on the racetrack.

Jacob

Lead Lube Technician

Jacob, also known as Felipe, is a familiar and welcomed face back at Pensacola A/C & Auto. Originally from Prattville, Alabama and now living in Cantonment, Jacob was part of our team when we first opened and played a key role in those early days. We’re excited to have him back and grateful for the experience, reliability, and leadership he brings to the shop.

Today, Jacob serves as our Lead Lube Technician, where he plays a critical role in keeping our express services moving smoothly and efficiently. His attention to detail and steady pace help ensure routine maintenance is done right, on time, and up to the standards our customers expect.

From a young age, Jacob knew he wanted to be a fabricator, and that passion shows in his work. He also has extensive experience working on Jeeps, especially with suspension systems and lift kits, making him a go-to team member for off-road builds and upgrades. One of the things he loves most about being a technician is the ability to confidently diagnose issues and fix them the right way, giving customers peace of mind.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys off-roading, cheering on Alabama football, and spending time with his family. He and his wife, Abigail, have a son, Tyler James, and are now expecting their second child, making this an exciting season of life for them. Their home is also shared with an Aussie, a Husky, and three cats.



Jacob is active in the local community, a dependable leader, skilled technician, and trusted team member. Jacob was an important part of our beginning — and we’re thankful to have him back helping drive where we’re headed next.

dalton

service advisor

Dalton is a local to the area, originally from Milton, Florida, and brings a strong passion for vehicles and problem-solving to the team at Pensacola A/C & Auto Service Center. He enjoys working on diesel trucks and finds fuel-pressure systems especially interesting, making him a great resource for truck repairs and performance.

Outside the shop, Dalton enjoys golfing, boating, and fishing. He and his fiancée, Lydia, stay busy raising their three children. Their family also includes their black Labrador, Widow.

Dalton is a big fan of college football and proudly cheers on the Florida Gators. Having overcome spinal meningitis as an infant, he carries a strong appreciation for life and focuses on building a successful future for his family. His dream truck is a GMC Sierra 2500 Denali, a perfect match for someone who enjoys working with powerful diesel vehicles.

danielle

Service Advisor - East

Originally from Lafayette, Louisiana, Danielle is affectionately known around Pensacola A/C & Auto as the “Keeper of All Things” — and for good reason. She originally joined our team as our right-hand administrative support, playing a vital role in keeping everything organized, running smoothly, and supporting both our team and customers behind the scenes.

Through her dedication, attention to detail, and heart for serving others, Danielle has grown into her current role as a Service Advisor at our East location. Her natural ability to connect with people, combined with her genuine care for every customer, makes her an outstanding fit for the front of the shop. She truly lives out our mission of providing automotive care from people who genuinely care. 

Danielle has a heart for helping others, especially children and adults with disabilities, and she stays active in the community by volunteering.

When she’s not at work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her son, Jack. She also has an identical twin sister! Her favorite travel destination is Costa Rica, and her dream car is a Cadillac Escalade — the perfect blend of comfort and class. We’re proud to have her representing Pensacola A/C & Auto at our East location.
