Our Team Members

Our team is experienced automotive professionals who work in a state-of-the-art facility. We have equipped our facility with dealership-level technology, and we follow manufacturer service and repair procedures. We provide ongoing training and certifications for our technicians so they always have the latest education; this sets us apart from the competition.

Brett and Tonya McCabe met and married in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. Brett, originally from there, and Tonya lived in Pensacola & Pace through her teenage years but was born in St. Louis, Mo. They ended up moving to Arvada, Colorado, where they spent fifteen years raising their three children, who are now adults. Their oldest daughter, Brittnee, a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, lives in New Braunfels, TX. Their son Blake is in the Navy and their youngest, Brooke, attends college at 'Ole Miss. After their youngest went to college, they chose to spend their empty nester life close to the beautiful beaches of Pensacola. They are avid sports fans, and you can always find them rooting for the Sooners, Rebels, and Philadelphia Eagles!

Brett has 30+ years of experience working in the automotive industry and has always dreamed of owning his own shop, which finally became a reality! We offer A/C repair, brake service, engine maintenance, fluid maintenance, oil changes, and more! We look forward to servicing your car and getting to know each of you!

Tonya has been actively involved in Pensacola A/C & Auto since its beginning and joined full-time in January 2025. She oversees all financial aspects, marketing, and community relations, ensuring the business remains strong and connected to the local community.

Beyond work, she enjoys reading, spending time at the beach with her husband, Brett, traveling, and making memories with their three grown children. Together, she and Brett are always researching their next project—whether it's finding a house to remodel or a car to restore. She can often be found cruising around Pensacola in her ‘87 Jeep Wrangler Laredo, a special gift from Brett.

Tonya also adores their six dogs—Remi, Penni, Frank, Josie, George, and Ruby—bringing the same warmth and dedication to her personal life as she does to the business. Her involvement and support are invaluable to Pensacola A/C & Auto, and her leadership and passion continue to enhance the overall experience for both customers and the community.

Orie is a passionate individual with a zest for life and a myriad of interests. From an early age, Orie displayed his drive and commitment on the football field. He spent his youth chasing the dream of becoming an NFL player. Throughout his formative years and high school, Orie was a dedicated and skilled football player, honing his abilities and fostering a love for the game. In his adult life, that love is displayed through his support for the Georgia Bulldogs and the Seattle Seahawks.

When he's not at the shop, Orie can be found casting his line into the waters, indulging in his favorite hobby of fishing. The serenity of the outdoors captivates him, and he often finds solace by the water's edge, reflecting on life's wonders. Or he can be found channeling his creative energy through drawing, using it as an outlet for self-expression.

Cancun, Mexico, holds a special place in Orie's heart as his preferred travel destination. The allure of sandy beaches and vibrant culture beckons him whenever he yearns for a getaway. This is another reason why he recently moved to Pensacola, eagerly anticipating a summer spent exploring the beautiful beaches and embracing all this coastal city has to offer.

Orie has always loved meeting new people and hearing their life stories. This is how we knew he would be a perfect fit for Pensacola AC & Auto; it's about forging connections with individuals. Brittnee, the oldest daughter of Brett and Tonya, resides in the charming city of New Braunfels, Texas, with her boyfriend, Mason, and their Australian Shepherds, Asiago & Mozzie. A proud alumna of the University of Oklahoma, Brittnee holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Psychology. Her academic background laid a strong foundation for her career, and she now thrives in a full-time marketing position at a large independent marketing agency.

In addition to her professional role, Brittnee dedicates some of her free time to assisting with marketing and social media efforts for the family business, showcasing her commitment to family and entrepreneurial spirit. Outside of work, she is an avid reader who enjoys exploring new literary worlds.

Brittnee also loves spending quality time with Mason, Asiago, Mozzie, and their friends, making the most of the vibrant community and natural beauty that New Braunfels has to offer.
